Chimpanzee Tour in Uganda

Chimpanzee Found on a Chimp Trek through the Rain Forest
Chimp in Kibale Forest

This is a 5 Days Uganda Safari which starts and finishes in Kampala. This safari takes you through two Uganda’s national parks Murchison Falls National Park and Kibale National Park.

The safari starts from Murchison Falls National Park, the largest national park in Uganda. Many tourists who have visited Uganda’s parks believe that Murchison is the most beautiful; given the meandering Victoria Nile that bisects the park into two and the dramatic Murchison Falls formed at a point where the Mighty Nile squeezes itself into a 7-metre pool. This park also provides a stunning semi arid habitat for a variety of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and lions. The launch trip to the bottom of the Falls is unforgettable, since it involves not only having an experience of the Biblical Nile but also seeing the crocodiles, hippos and birds that bask on the river banks.

This safari later takes you to Kibale Forest National park the park with probably the highest primate density in Africa. The park boasts of thirteen species of primate which include the chimpanzees, Red colobus monkeys, the blues, black and white colobus monkeys, galagos among others. Tracking the noisy chimpanzee families playing in the verdant forest canopy is a thrilling experience while the Bigodi swamp presents the most unforgettable nature walk where you can see many bird species along the trail.
